How will the new transfers do?

Last week, the NCAA Division I Council voted to grant all transfer waivers for the 2020-21 College Basketball season. That decision came just as 7-foot-1 graduate transfer Buay Koka became eligible for Detroit Mercy. Finally, on Tuesday Emmanuel Ansong — who followed Will Ryan from Wheeling University — was granted immediate eligibility. Horizon League Women’s Basketball Power Rankings – Week 4

With another week of Horizon League play, another perceived contender showed it's going to have a lot of work to do if it hopes to knock IUPUI off of the top spot in the standings. Wright State seemed like a contender who had the talent to beat the Jaguars, but splitting a series against perennial bottom-half Horizon League finisher didn't do much to strengthen that appearance. On the flip side, NKU seems like it might have completely rebounded from a tough non-conference season. This week, Northern Kentucky joins IUPUI on the sidelines following a positive COVID-19 test within the program.

A Tale of Two Identities

In the case of NKU Basketball this season, I believe that they certainly are in for "A Tale of Two Identities."
