Horizon League official’s have named Green Bay’s starting point guard the HL Freshman of the Week for the second consecutive week.
Last week the Racine (Wisc.) native averaged 17.5 points, 2.0 assists, and 1.5 rebounds in two games against IUPUI and UIC.
McGee’s most notable performance of the week came on Saturday against UIC when he posted a career high 23 points on 9-of-19 shooting – while playing all 40 minutes.
Since taking over as the starting point guard for Green Bay, McGee is averaging 15.5 points, 2 assists, and 1.8 rebounds per game. The Former Racine St. Catherine’s standout has a bright, bright future for the Phoenix.
