As we have done every year, the HoriZone Roundtable compiles a list of the players entering and existing their respective teams. Since this is one the rare seasons where Horizon League teams didn’t immediately change coaches, we decided to kick off this year’s edition of the Transfer Tracker on the same day the transfer portal officially opens.
Conference teams have historically benefitted from incoming players via the portal, and this past year was no different. Regular season and conference tournament champs Robert Morris are a good example, with players such as Kam Woods, Josh Omojafo and DJ Smith being great examples. Other key transfers from last season include Youngstown State’s Nico Galette and Ty Harper, Ebrima Dibba and Tahj Staveskie at Cleveland State, Detroit Mercy’s Orlando Lovejoy and Legend Geeter and, well, a good number of the IU Indy roster.
